At Full Circle Co, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location, weather, or carrier delays.
Refund Policy - the basics

At Full Circle Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward refund and exchange process. You may request a refund or exchange within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please note that custom or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless damaged during shipping.
To request a refund or exchange, contact us at fullcircleco.ok@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your request. We will respond within [2–3 business days] with instructions on how to proceed. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within [5–7 business days]. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a damaged product.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at fullcircleco.ok@gmail.com with a photo. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
